By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service below
1. Contact
> I can only be contacted through the platforms listed in my profile: Email, Telegram, or Discord. Please make sure you can use at least one of them before commissioning me.
2. Payment
> I work with full upfront payment only.Payment must be completed within 48 hours after we agree on the commission. If payment is not received within this time, your slot may be given to another client.My preferred payment method is PayPal Invoice. After you provide your PayPal email, I'll send the invoice as soon as possible. This may take a few hours.You can find customer reviews here:
3. Refunds
> Refunds (full or partial) are only available if I am unable to complete the commission due to my own circumstances.
4. Workflow
> The commission process is:– We discuss your idea.– Once everything is agreed upon, payment is made.– I create a sketch.– You may request changes at the sketch stage (see Revision Policy).– After the sketch is approved, I finish the artwork.– The finished file is sent via email or the platform we used to communicate.
5. References
> Please provide:– a visual reference of your character;– a clear description of the artwork you want.I do not work from text descriptions alone or with vague requests. If your idea isn't fully developed, we can discuss it together before the commission begins.
6. Resolution
> Final artwork is usually delivered between 2000 and 6000 pixels on its longest side.
7. Revisions
> Revisions are only available during the sketch stage.Revisions are meant to adjust the agreed concept, not to create multiple versions of the artwork or completely change previously approved elements (such as pose, clothing, expression, composition, etc.).I do not offer paid extra revisions.
8. Usage
> After full payment, you are free to use the artwork for both personal and commercial purposes.However, you may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature if one is present.
9. Portfolio
> Completed commissions may be posted in my portfolio with a watermark stating "Commission — Do Not Use."If the artwork is a gift or should remain private for a while, please let me know before I start. I can delay publication for up to two months.
10. Communication
> If I don't receive a reply from you for 14 days, the commission will be considered abandoned until you contact me again.
